Participant Schedule Submission
Use this form to submit your weekly schedule for review. Secure Court Solutions will review your schedule and contact you with confirmation. Submissions are NOT automatically approved.
EHM Program Rules & Scheduling Requirements
General Restrictions and Conditions
- Electronic Monitoring requires that Participant remain at Participant’s home at all times, except for authorized leave. Any exceptions must be approved by the Court or Participant’s supervising probation officer and written verification of any authorized leave must be provided to the Agency. The Agency requires 24 business hours’ notice to make any approved schedule changes.
- Participant acknowledges that Participant must comply with the rules associated with Electronic Monitoring including avoiding the victim’s residence or known proximity as ordered by the Court. If Participant is notified by the Agency that Participant is in the proximity of the victim, Participant shall leave the area immediately. Failure to do so will result in a violation report being sent to the Court and the local police department being notified of your refusal to comply.
- The following are approved outings under the conditions noted:
- Participant may attend court-ordered classes or appointments if such are noted on the referral from the Court.
- Participant may attend school and work as long as it is approved by the Court, Participant provides written documentation and proof of school and work schedule to the Agency, and the Agency has verified the school or work schedule.
- Participant may attend medical and dental appointments, legal or court appointments, appointments for ignition interlock device calibration, and appointments at the Department of Licensing if the Agency is notified at least one week prior to the appointment.
- Participant may attend Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) or Narcotics Anonymous (NA) meetings at verifiable meeting locations only.
- Participant may stop at a gas station to fill up the gas tank of their vehicle if Participant has a valid driver’s license and submits a picture of the gas receipt to the Agency within 12 hours of the stop.
- Participant may travel for necessity care for minor children and grocery shopping only if Agency criteria are met.
- Any other travel, appointment, or outing must be approved by the Court.
- If Participant is self-employed, Participant shall provide a copy of Participant’s business license and verification from work sites to allow the Agency to document work locations.
- Participant acknowledges that Electronic Monitoring is a jail alternative program. Alcohol consumption and the use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
- Participant agrees to submit to a breathalyzer or drug test, at Participant’s sole expense, at any time upon the Agency’s request.
- All of Participant’s movements and substance readings will be tracked and stored as an official record.
- Participant shall notify the Agency regarding Participant’s current health status and any pre-existing medical conditions.
- If Participant fails to comply with any of the above policies, the Agency will file a violation report with the Court.
Schedule and Communication
- Participant shall submit a weekly schedule to the Agency via email to ehm@securecourt.com or via text to 509-795-2711.
- The Agency will respond to schedules submitted during business hours only.
- Participant shall contact the Agency regarding emergencies before leaving the home zone whenever possible.
- Participant shall maintain phone services for the duration of Electronic Monitoring and ensure the Agency has current contact information.
- Participant agrees to program the Agency’s phone number and text line into Participant’s phone and grants permission for the Agency to text Participant.
- Twenty-four business hours’ notice is required for schedule changes.
- If Participant’s work schedule changes, Participant must report changes immediately via email or text.
- If the Agency attempts to contact Participant by telephone, Participant shall return the call before the end of that business day.
- If notified to report to the Agency office, Participant shall comply within 24 hours.
- Residence changes require Court approval and at least 48 hours’ notice to the Agency.
- Employment termination must be reported within 12 hours.
- In the event of power outage, phone outage, fire, flood, or medical emergency, Participant must contact the Agency immediately.
- Participant consents to phone call recording pursuant to RCW 9.73.030.
- If Participant fails to comply with any policies, the Agency will file a violation report with the Court.
